Vehicle Title Experience Required โ€“ Join a Team That Values Accuracy!

Do you have experience processing vehicle titles, perfecting liens, and keeping loan documentation organized? If you're detail-oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced financial environment, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do
  • Process vehicle titles and lien documentation accurately and on time
  • Apply for titles and ensure all required documentation is complete
  • Perfect liens and maintain title tracking logs
  • Follow up with dealerships and customers on outstanding titles
  • Process paid loan title releases and mail titles to customers
  • Maintain UCC filings and related records
  • Review funding documents and assist with post-funding processes
  • Answer questions regarding sales loans and title documentation
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
What You'll Bring
  • Previous Title Clerk experience required
  • Knowledge of vehicle titles, lien perfection, and consumer lending documentation
