Key Responsibilities Customer Engagement and Business Alignment The role maintains active relationships with customers to understand and gather business requirements. This includes leading requirements gathering meetings and reviewing design proposals with the business to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Technical Leadership and Strategic Vision Anticipating broad technical changes, the position ensures that company technology remains at the forefront of industry developments. Responsibilities include prioritizing projects and making informed trade-offs concerning enterprise systems changes, always considering the broader business objectives. Lead technology evaluation and participate in proof-of-concept projects to enable innovative solutions. Change Management and Coordination The role owns the change request process and coordinates with other teams as needed, ensuring smooth implementation and communication across departments. Additionally, it involves developing and defining application scope and objectives, as well as supervising the preparation of technical and functional specifications from which code will be written. Technical Review and Quality Assurance Conducting technical design and code reviews for pull requests is a core responsibility, as well as ensuring that unit testing meets the test plan requirements. System testing is completed, and implementations are carried out according to plan to maintain high quality standards. Solution Delivery The role is responsible for delivering application technology solutions and contributing to execution planning efforts. Strategic and Long-Term Planning Collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is key to identifying the long-term trajectory for technology infrastructure. The position creates architectural solutions and anticipates future technology needs. Operational Oversight and System Monitoring Coordinating and managing on-call support and owning the system monitoring process are important aspects of operational oversight. The role reviews and monitors initiatives for end-to-end impact and coordination. EnterpriseSolutions Review Participation in the review and decision-making processes for enterprise solutions ensures that all implemented systems are aligned with the overall business and technology strategies. Drive AIFirst Software Development Practice Lead adoption of AI First Software Development Practice leveraging AI agents and end-to-end software development workflow automation including requirement gathering, JIRA epic creation, code development, code review and test automation. Minimum Qualifications: A BA/BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required, along with at least 10+ years of relevant experience. Candidates should have expertise in multi-dimensional platforms and both business and technical applications, or possess an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications: Experience mentoring others drive teams to achieve results, lead multiple or large projects and provide hands-on development and troubleshooting supports strongly preferred. Multi database and multi-language experience strongly preferred. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in object-oriented design, EKS container platform and public cloud platforms such as AWS.
