As a Retail Sales Specialist at Spectrum, you'll be the face of our company, promoting and selling our portfolio of products and services to both existing and new customers. The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $31.75. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $11,232.
