We are seeking a motivated and reliable Custodian - Mobile Workforce Tech 1 to join our team. In this role, you will travel with a team to various commercial buildings, ensuring they are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. -Position: Custodian - Mobile Workforce Tech 1

-Schedule/Different shifts to select from:

-Monday to Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

-Monday to Friday 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

-Monday to Friday 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM

-Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

-Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM

-Hourly rate: $19.00

-Key Responsibilities:

Clean, sweep, dust, mop, and vacuum interiors of commercial buildings.

Utilize specialized equipment such as leaf blowers, pressure wash, buffers, floor scrubbers, ride-behind, ride-on machine, trash compactor, and baler machine.

Maintain cleanliness in office settings, garages, and warehouses.

Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.

Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and thorough cleaning.

Travel to different locations as required

-Skills and Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Previous custodial or cleaning experience preferred.

Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.

Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.

Good communication in English and teamwork skills.

Physically capable of carrying, lifting, pushing, pulling a minimum of 25 pounds to 50 pounds, standing for extended periods, be able to work in all weather conditions and performing tasks such as stretching, kneeling, bending, crawling, climbing and pressing.
