In addition, the Manager, Maintenance and Repair must implement and continuously improve processes and best practices within the team that can withstand intense internal and external scrutiny, while remaining proactively prepared for urgent troubleshooting and response to problems.

Knowledge and Competencies
Qualifications / Education
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electronic Engineering required.
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Business Administration preferred.
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years of professional engineering experience required.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of managerial experience required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience within In-Line Inspection (ILI) technologies preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Continuous Improvement Process methodologies required.
- Experience working in an international and culturally diverse environment required.
- Knowledge of Reliability Engineering and intermediate commercial/business knowledge preferred.
- Experience with budgeting and cost analysis preferred.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as the local language, required.
