Job description

The Mobile Service Technician is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure customers are satisfied with timely, accurate, and quality service. The Mobile Service Technician will use state-of-the-art technology to diagnose and repair customer vehicles, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and customer care.

  • Hours: Mondayโ€“ Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm, rotating Saturdays. Hours and schedule may vary

Responsibilities

  • Execute all diagnostic, maintenance and repair services in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance services in compliance with industry and manufacturer standards
  • Performs road tests to diagnose 
  • Ability to use and learn new computer diagnostic and repair information systems
  • Completes all paperwork and payments each day 
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the mobile van at all times

Requirements

  • Must submit to a background check and drug test
  • Valid Florida driverโ€™s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • At least 3 years as a Service Technician
  • Proficiency in automotive diagnostic systems, and computer repair information systems
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
