We are searching for the newest member for elite Lincoln Mobile Service team.  We are currently seeking a customer focused individual to deliver a luxury experience in the field. As a member of this team you will operate a fully equipped Lincoln mobile service van performing basic maintenance, recalls, reprograms, and light mechanical repairs at our guests home or office while upholding the Lincoln luxury experience our guests expect.

Responsibilities

  • Performs work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
  • Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnoses, maintains, and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
  • Communicates directly with the Service Advisor through our XTime digital platform so that our guests can be informed if any additional service is needed.  Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
  • Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Achieve target scores in Fixed Right First Time and Customer Satisfaction.
  • Elevate the Lincoln and Parks Motor Group brands with our guests.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma
  • Must have at least 1 years of experience as an automotive Service Technician preferably with Ford or Lincoln.
  • Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and information
  • Knowledge in automotive repair and maintenance
  • Learns quickly
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Ensures that customer’s cars are kept clean
  • Maintain mobile van in an orderly and clean manner
  • Ability to identify problems quickly

  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
