- Vendor amp; Telecom Communication: Coordinate with telecommunication vendors to enable/disable mobile services; investigate and resolve discrepancies in distribution or billing.
- Cross-Functional System Management: Work with Retail Operations, Security, and Finance teams on bulky sample registrations; interface with MPC teams to resolve system errors.
- Operational Flexibility amp; Support: Perform cross-training and remote backup for other locations to ensure critical operations remain seamlessly functional during company business hours.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher is required. Majors in Supply Chain Management (SCM), Logistics, Business Administration, Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), or related fields are highly preferred.
- Experience: 1+ years of professional experience in the telecommunications, logistics, project coordination, or customer service industry.
- Technical Skills: Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Excel, Word, Outlook) operating within Windows environments.
