Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation (Nights)
Mobile Health Team Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - Rehabilitation for a 13-week travel assignment in Windsor, VT.
Contract Details
  • 12hr NIGHTS; 36hr guarantee
  • Start Date: 8/31/2026
  • Contract: 13 Weeks
  • Location:Windsor, VT
  • Hourly Pay: $ 31.00
  • Non-taxed Stipend: $ 1246.00
  • Weekly Total Pay: $ 2083.00
  • Weekend Requirements: Every other weekend/Holidays required if needed
  • On Call Requirements: TBD
  • EMR: Cerner
  • Nurse to patient ratio: 1 to 4/5
  • Average daily patient census: 22
  • Traveler Policy: Local Travelers - Those who reside within 50 miles of the facility - are not eligible for this need.

This is a small community without public transport.Traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.This is a firm requirement.
Rehab Med-Surg (Rehabilitation Medical-Surgical) combines medical-surgical nursing with intensive rehabilitation, focusing on patients recovering from surgery, serious illness, or injury to restore function and independence through therapies (physical, occupational, speech) and specialized medical/nursing care, often in an inpatient setting, aiming to improve quality of life by treating the whole person
Key Responsibilities:
  • May be asked to work as a backup Charge Nurse
  • Coordinates total nursing care for patients
  • Participates in patient and family teaching
  • Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
Compensation:
  • Weekly Pay (hourly) + Non-taxed Stipend (if eligible)
  • Pay package details provided upon offer
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must have 2 years recent Med Surg & Rehab experience
  • May float between Acute Rehab and Med Surg
  • MUST be willing to float to other units as needed (within scope of practice)
  • CHARGE RN EXPERIENCE is required
  • Previous Travel (at least 3 months) is required
  • BSN-Bachelor of Science in Nursing is strongly preferred
  • Must have and maintain current active American Heart Association ACLS
  • Must have New Hampshire RN license or Compact
  • Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS)certification during employment
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to participate in continuing education and training programs
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
