To thrive as a Mobile RN at Anthem, you need an active RN license, strong clinical assessment skills, and experience in case management or home health settings. Familiarity with mobile health technology, electronic health records (EHRs), and telehealth systems is typically required. Mobile RNs at Anthem are registered nurses who provide healthcare services to patients outside of traditional clinical settings, often traveling to patients' homes or other locations. Their responsibilities typically include conducting health assessments, managing chronic conditions, providing patient education, and coordinating care. Mobile RNs play a key role in improving access to care and supporting patients' health in their own environments.
