• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop effective, personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing diverse modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions to facilitate personal growth.
• Set measurable therapeutic goals and closely monitor client progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring optimal outcomes.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions to increase accessibility for clients facing geographical or physical challenges, providing them with the necessary support they need.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, assessments, and treatment plans to adhere to ethical standards and legal requirements within the mental health field.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities such as workshops, seminars, and continuing education courses to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about industry advancements.

• A valid and current state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Registered (LCSW-R).
• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated empathy and a non-judgmental approach towards client care.
• Strong organizational abilities and time-management skills to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred candidates will have experience working in a community health setting or private practice focusing on mental health counseling. Proficiency in teletherapy and familiarity with using electronic health record (EHR) systems will be an advantage. A background in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care is also valued.

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload volume.
