About the Role
As a QA Engineer, you'll own and expand automated integration testing across our web and mobile application portfolio. You'll leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to build scalable test coverage, improve release quality, and support a continuous delivery mindset. This role partners closely with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to ensure customers receive reliable, high-quality digital experiences.
What You'll Do
  • Design, build, and maintain automated integration test suites for web and mobile applications.
  • Use AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, Copilot, or similar platforms to accelerate test development and maintenance.
  • Establish testing standards, frameworks, and processes that support efficient software delivery.
  • Partner with developers and product teams to create risk-based testing strategies focused on critical user journeys.
  • Identify, triage, and communicate defects based on user impact and business risk.
  • Monitor and improve automated test coverage, pass rates, regression performance, and overall application quality.
  • Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to streamline release validation.
  • Help reduce manual testing efforts through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Communicate quality risks and release-readiness recommendations to stakeholders.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of QA, test automation, or software testing experience supporting production applications.
  • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot, Claude, or similar technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, or Postman/Newman.
  • Experience testing APIs and integrating automated testing into CI/CD workflows.
  • Working knowledge of Git and basic SQL.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize testing efforts based on risk and business impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
  • Experience with AWS environments, mobile testing, or scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python is a plus.
