Job description

Join our dynamic team as a Rewards UAT Automation Test Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Rewards & Benefits at Chase. Collaborate with technology groups and business partners to ensure seamless product launches and IT developments.

As an Automation Test Analyst - including mobile automation you will drive quality and innovation within our Consumer & Community Banking group. If you’re ready to make a significant impact and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile platforms.
  • Coordinate and execute UAT testing activities for new product launches and IT developments.
  • Manage test execution, defect triaging, and test reporting across multiple projects.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage by understanding business requirements and testing scope.
  • Communicate test progress and issues to project stakeholders regularly.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in test execution and defect management, with exposure to test automation (web or mobile).
  • Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, or similar frameworks.
  • Familiarity with mobile automation testing (Android/iOS) is highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight timelines.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
  • ISTQB or similar testing certification.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast‑changing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership and initiative in testing activities.
