Job description

Title: IT Project Manager

Location: Wilmington, DE (hybrid)

Type: Contract

Our direct client, a well-established organization in the manufacturing space, is looking to bring on an experienced Project Manager to support a growing portfolio of initiatives. This individual will oversee multiple projects at once, with scope and complexity varying across assignments. The ideal candidate is someone who can quickly step in, take ownership, and drive progress with minimal oversight.

This is a hybrid role, with periodic onsite requirement in the Wilmington area.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Manage several concurrent projects from initiation through delivery
  • Partner with business and technical leaders to define goals and recommend solutions
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders across the organization
  • Coordinate project activities including planning, execution, and implementation
  • Monitor timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Track progress, identify risks, and provide regular updates to leadership
  • Lead cross-functional teams and foster collaboration to meet project objectives
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience leading projects, preferably in technical environments
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
