PICU RRT ACTIVE FLORIDA LICENSE AT SUBMISSION Scrub color: light Grey Team player, close knit team, critical thinker, patient care focus, fast paced Active disciplinary approach, collaborative physician relationships\ Respiratory Therapist provides treatment, care and evaluation for patients with respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, emphysema Prefer: Trauma experience Prefer: Director prefer to only consider candidates with previous Meditech experience 2 years of current acute care Hospital RRT experience Patient Ratios – approximately 44-46 procedures per shift Type of equipment – Servo I ventilators, nebulizer, Hamilton, V 60, Astral CPAP & BIPAP machines, ABG’s, CPT EMR – Meditech Travel PICU Respiratory Therapist jobs in Fort Pierce, Florida require BLS and ACLS certifications and at least 2 years of current acute care hospital RRT experience. You will provide treatment, care, and evaluation for pediatric patients with respiratory insufficiencies, asthma, pneumonia, and emphysema. The role uses Servo I ventilators, nebulizers, Hamilton, V60, Astral CPAP and BiPAP machines, ABGs, and CPT, with documentation in Meditech. Trauma experience and familiarity with Meditech are preferred. You will join a close-knit, fast-paced team focused on patient care and critical thinking, with collaborative physician relationships.
