Mobile Solutions Expert (Full-time/Floater)

Turn regular conversations into revenue when you become the companys ambassador to existing and potential customers as you sell industry-leading products and services. This role is about finding creative solutions while simultaneously developing your personal brand as the foremost expert in the wireless space.

As a Mobile Solutions Expert, you will meet the customers needs by experimenting, learning, and adjusting as you go. Along your journey to grow our brand and reach our customers, you will be responsible for:

  • Building loyalty with our customers
  • Explore customers needs and provide hands-on demonstrations. Resolve issues, creating a seamless, one-stop environment
  • Deliver innovative, individualized solutions, satisfying the needs of our customers.
  • Guiding customers through their purchasing experience by sharing your expertise
  • Establishing a relationship with suppliers and Metro partners
  • Meet sales goals and upsell various packages
  • Promote new sales by presenting our customers and potential customers with new products
  • Maintain the stores visual appearance to high standards
  • Assist with billing and other tasks
  • Perform all required opening and closing duties
  • Additional tasks as assigned by management

Increased schedule implies overtime and extended work hours. Flexible with the ever-changing environment and the wide range of tasks. Meeting sales quotas and goals leads to bonuses and commissions. Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business arise. Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
