The role
Are you a skilled phlebotomist who enjoys working independently and providing exceptional patient care? We're seeking a Mobile Phlebotomist to join our growing team serving patients throughout the Cleveland/Akron region - visiting patient homes, skilled nursing and assisted living communities, and bringing quality laboratory services directly to the people who need them most.
What your day looks like
โ€ข Travel to patient homes, nursing and assisted living facilities, and other healthcare locations across Northeast Ohio
โ€ข Collect blood specimens using expert venipuncture and capillary collection techniques
โ€ข Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling, integrity, and transport
โ€ข Provide professional, compassionate service to elderly patients and healthcare partners
โ€ข Complete required documentation and communicate clearly with laboratory and facility staff
Requirements
What you bring
โ€ข Phlebotomy certification preferred; minimum one year of phlebotomy experience preferred
โ€ข Strong venipuncture skills, especially with elderly patients
โ€ข Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, current auto insurance (100/300/100), and age 21+
