Job description

Blood Assurance is seeking compassionate, dependable Phlebotomist to work on our Mobile Set-Up Team in Rome, GA.  The duties of this job include interviewing donors for suitability to donate, mini physicals, calling and making a minimum number of appointments daily and phlebotomy. As a part of the Set-up team, you will be required to set-up and break down that includes loading and unloading the set-up truck of all required equipment and supplies needed for scheduled blood drives on a daily basis.

Qualified Phlebotomist applicants should possess:  

  • a high school degree or equivalent
  • a phlebotomy certificate and/or prior phlebotomy experience  
  • strong customer service skills with attention to detail    
  • a positive, caring attitude  
  • scheduling flexibility for a variety of shifts and some overtime
