Job Title: Inpatient Pharmacist
Profession: Pharmacy

Shift: Day 5x8-Hour
Hours per Shift: 8 hours (12:00 - 20:00)
Experience: Residency preferred or equivalent experience
License: License in hand required with submission
Certifications: None required
Must-Have: Weekend coverage required
Description:
Position is for an Inpatient Pharmacist.
Start date is as soon as possible.
Shift will be mid.
Weekend coverage is required.
On-call duties are not required.
First-time travelers are accepted.
Block schedule is accommodated depending on shift.
Pending licenses are not accepted.
Time-off restrictions are negotiable.
No special requirements are needed.
Compliance documents are required prior to start date.
RTO must be included in initial submission.
Expect to work some holidays.
Any time-off requests must be in initial submission and if approved, also in confirmation document.
Local radius of 25 miles applies.
Travel experience is preferred.
Experience with relevant patient care demographics is beneficial.
Skills required include the ability to manage patient medication needs effectively.
Interdisciplinary support collaboration is expected in this role.
Daily census and patient diagnoses will be part of the responsibilities.
Additional information regarding special procedures and equipment will be provided upon hire.
