Job Summary:
Syntricate Technologies is seeking a Global Rollout Project Manager to lead the implementation of systems and processes across corporate spaces. The role involves managing complex global rollouts, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring successful project execution.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the global rollout of systems and tools, ensuring alignment objectives and operational needs.
• Develop and maintain project plans, tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful implementation.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional stakeholders to ensure that requirements are met and issues are promptly resolved.
• Oversee data integration and system dependencies and resolve gaps before implementation
• Drive process improvements, particularly around efficiencies while maintaining current timelines
• Facilitate stakeholder communication, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and issue resolution.
• Ensure seamless transition post-rollout, working with operational teams to embed new tools and systems into their daily processes.
• Provide training and documentation to support regional stakeholders
