The Verizon Wireless Retail Store Manager for Mobile Generations will be responsible for working directly with all team members to ensure all are well verse in our selling process, Verizon Wireless products and services and ensuring our retail locations attain our operational standards of excellence. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in retail environments, preferably in the wireless industry, and is well skilled in delivering an excellent customer experience that includes an effective sales process, providing product and service knowledge and ability to manage any type of customer concern or need with professionalism and a positive attitude.
