This role is a Combo Technician role that requires knowledge and skill in collision repair and paint. In this dynamic role, you'll deliver high-quality, on-site auto repair and paint services directly to customers - both individual vehicle owners (B2C) and commercial/fleet clients (B2B). You'll operate within a fully equipped mobile unit and represent our brand with professionalism, technical excellence, and a customer-first attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work independently and perform minor to moderate collision repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and bumper repairs on-site at customer locations.
  • Conduct paint prep and refinishing work, including color matching, blending, and clear coating using portable spray systems.
  • Provide services at homes, workplaces, or fleet yards, ensuring a convenient and seamless experience for clients.
  • Accurately diagnose repair needs and communicate clearly with customers and dispatch teams.
  • Maintain high standards for workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain clean mobile equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and presentation.
  • Document repairs, capture before/after photos, and process job completions digitally.
  • Collaborate with customer service and scheduling teams to ensure on-time arrival and efficient service delivery.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Weekly Compensation plus Tips.
  • Consistent weekly work schedule with weekend work availability.
  • Company-provided mobile unit with tools and materials.
  • Flexible scheduling and a supportive team environment.
  • Opportunities to grow into supervisory or territory manager roles.
  • Paid Vacation & Holidays - Begin accruing Day 1
  • Paid Skilled Trainings and Certifications - I-CAR and ASE

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age requirement of 21+ years.
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity - reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Work through competing priorities and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
  • Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background checks

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience servicing commercial clients, fleet vehicles, and or dealership accounts.
  • Familiarity with modern vehicle construction materials, including aluminum and plastic.
  • Understanding of both waterborne and solvent-based paint systems.

Join us in redefining convenience and quality in collision repair. Be part of a mobile-first future that puts craftsmanship and customer care first.
