We innovate to create new beverages, like our Nature’s Twist refreshing lemonade line, and we continuously expand our beverage portfolio to bring you and our customer's joy.**What We Look for in Team Members**We value integrity, teamwork, accountability, creativity, and communication in all we do and expect the same from all team members.We’d love to receive your application and talk with you about your interest in the position if the overview below describes you.**Role Overview**To lead and support mobile fleet maintenance operations by ensuring all company equipment is maintained in a safe, reliable, and road-ready condition, while driving efficiency, safety compliance, and technician performance in the field. **This role requires regular travel between Rocky Mount, Goldsboro, Elizabeth City, and Garner** to provide on-site maintenance support, perform road calls, and ensure fleet uptime across multiple locations. **Day-to-Day Responsibilities*** Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on fleet equipment across multiple locations.* Perform major and minor repairs on fleet equipment in both shop and field environments, including road call support.* Perform advanced diagnostics and troubleshooting fault codes and mechanical issues in the field.* Operate and drive PBV fleet equipment as required; must maintain CDL A licensure.* Provide on-site leadership, training, and support to technicians to strengthen team capability and performance.* Communicate effectively with employees, management, and vendors; utilize systems including Excel, Word, Outlook, and diagnostic software.* Document repairs, parts usage, and service details accurately in fleet maintenance systems.* Coordinate and monitor workload across locations, prioritizing mobile service needs and technician assignments.* Report daily to management on fleet status, service activities, and operational updates.* Manage multiple priorities across locations while maintaining focus on safety, efficiency, and operational goals.* Other duties as assigned.**Required Qualifications*** High school diploma or equivalent;
