·                Experience: 3+ years of experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions, including Intune, SOTI MobiControl, or Zoom Device Manager.

·                Platform Knowledge: Strong expertise in iOS, iPadOS, and Android device management, as well as experience with specialized RF handheld devices (Zebra, Honeywell).

·                Scripting: Strong scripting skills, particularly with PowerShell, for automating tasks and managing device configurations at scale.

·                Cloud Ecosystems: Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 and Azure.

·                Security: In-depth knowledge of mobile device security best practices and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

·                Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to partner effectively across different teams and departments.

·                Collaborate and Partner: Work closely with the End User Support and Infrastructure Delivery Teams to streamline workflows, implement best practices, and ensure seamless service delivery.
