Vista Global Solutions, LLC (VGS) is a government contracting and consulting firm supporting several federal agencies and military installations across the U.S. We are seeking an Video Teleconferencing Support Specialist to join our ongoing mission at Joint Base San Antonio.


We need a detail-oriented IT professional to manage, configure, and support a fleet of iPhones and iOS devices. You will handle large-scale device deployments, set up security profiles, troubleshoot user issues, and maintain accurate inventory records using our MDM platform. This position will also manage the in house VTC devices, supported by an inhouse Team of VTC specialists.


What You’ll Do:



  • Device Configuration: Set up and configure new iPhones, update iOS versions, and push standard enterprise apps or security settings.

  • MDM Administration: Use Mobile Device Management systems (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Hexnode) to enroll, monitor, and manage devices remotely.

  • User Support & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and email configuration issues for end-users.

  • Security & Compliance: Enforce organizational security policies, manage configuration profiles, and wipe or lock lost/stolen devices.

  • Inventory Management: Track device lifecycles, manage hardware inventory, and handle the procurement and decommissioning of retired phones.

  • Documentation: Create and update technical guides, FAQs, and configuration documentation for IT staff and end-users.

  • Support of user meetings: As part of a team, support for All Hands, Town Halls, and other special functions or meetings.

  • Audio and Video Setup: As a part of the VTC team perform audio/video setup procedures for connection to the DHA VNC bride

  • Assist the DHA VNC in supporting and maintaining enterprise VTC/SVTC infrastructure located at JBSA geographic locations and sites; this includes but is not limited to bridges and other hardware appliances and applications supporting audio and video conferencing services

  • Install, configure, and implement applicable IA security policies, guidelines, and requirements such as, but not limited to the Defense Information Services Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and IA Vulnerability Alert (IAVA) patches

  • Load and configure DHA VNC approved IPV conferencing software applications onto IPV network appliances or customer End User Devices (EUDs)

  • Device Mounting: Working with Facilities personnel in assisting the mounting of VTC devices in conference rooms

  • Tracking Work Load: Assist with incident management, problem management, CM and ITSM related tasks as required using MHS ServiceNow ITSM suite of tools to track all incidents and requests for services


What You Bring:


Required:



  • 1–3 years of IT support experience focused on mobile devices (iOS/iPadOS).

  • Familiarity with enterprise MDM solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Jamf, or similar device management frameworks.

  • Strong understanding of iOS settings, provisioning profiles, security certificates, and cloud syncing.

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to assist non-technical users.


Preferred:



  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification.

  • CompTIA A+ certification.
