What We Need:
We are looking for a Product Manager who will use a combination of outstanding analytical skills, business judgment, strategic thinking, and competitive research to partner with leads from a portfolio of sports-focused developers to innovate and build world-class experiences that will impact our players' lives.
What You Will Do:
  • Consult with development partners on live operations strategies to influence short term and long term product performance results
  • Partner with leads from our portfolio of developers to pitch new events, features, iterations, and initiatives across a portfolio of titles while testing their performance and iterating quickly
  • Lead end-to-end lifecycle of complex features spanning multiple areas. This involves writing and consulting on specs and managing design challenges.
  • Execute on product vision and strategy, monitor product progression, and partner with product marketing, user acquisition, and data analytics throughout the product's lifecycle.
  • Monitor core KPIs to diagnose and triage issues or opportunities and ensure that product decisions are based on in-depth data analysis during the Soft Launch process and in live operations
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance player satisfaction.
  • Conduct analysis and maintain a deep understanding of the economy and game ecosystem.
  • Direct product analytics initiatives, identifying key performance indicators and translating data into strategic team direction and product roadmaps.
  • Ensure product authenticity by applying deep basketball knowledge and franchise familiarity to all aspects of the product experience.
  • Drive mobile-specific strategy and best practices across the product lifecycle.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets to drive product decisions.
  • High level of familiarity with the NBA and a deep understanding of basketball (culture, rules, and relevance).
  • Outstanding written, verbal, organization, and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to work as a self-starter in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience managing high-profile platform relationships (e.g., Apple, Google).

The pay range for this position in Novato, CA at the start of employment is expected to be between $108,900 and $145,000 per year. However, base pay offered is based on market location, and may vary further depending on individualized factors for job candidates, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
Subject to those same considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a bonus and/or equity awards and eligibility to participate in our 401(K) plan and Employee Stock Purchase Program.
Regular, full-time employees are also eligible for a range of benefits at the Company, including: medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance coverage; 14 paid holidays per calendar year; paid vacation time per calendar year (ranging from 15 to 25 days) or eligibility to participate in the Company's discretionary time off program; up to 10 paid sick days per calendar year; paid parental and compassionate leave; wellbeing programs for mental health and other wellness support; family planning support through Maven; commuter benefits; and reimbursements for fitness-related expenses.
