Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum5+ years of progressiveProduct Management experiencewithmobile/web applications.

  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional initiatives thatrequiredalignment across multiple business units or executive stakeholders, and shipping products that depend on hardware or firmware releases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mobile applications, particularly field or technician-facing apps.

  • Experience with hardware-connected software products (IoT, energy systems, industrial equipment) and familiarity with solar, energy storage, generator, or adjacent industries.

  • Track recordof conceiving, developing, and launching new software products or SW/HW integrated solutions, with a strong focus on user-centered design and outcome-based metrics.

Generac is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this role based in Santa Monica, CA and North Billerica, MA is $152,200 - $197,800 and in South Portland, ME is $133,500 - $173,500. This compensation will ultimately be in line with the location in which the position is filled. Final compensation for this role will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, skills, certifications and geographic location. This role is eligible for variable compensation including short term and long-term incentives.

This position includes a comprehensive benefit package that includes medical, dental and vision plans; life, long-term disability, flexible spending and health savings accounts, accrued paid time off, 8 paid Holidays and 401(k) retirement benefits.
