Infotech® is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and mobile strategy for Appia, Doc Express, and Infotech's mobile inspection solutions.

What you'll do
As our Senior Product Manager, you'll own the product strategy, roadmap, and end-to-end delivery for Appia, Doc Express, and Infotech's mobile solutions (Mobile Inspector and CivilX Inspect) - while driving Infotech's overall mobile strategy across our enterprise (DOT/AASHTOWare-aligned) and commercial (LPA and engineering firm) customer segments. You'll work closely with Engineering, Product Design, Marketing, and Customer Operations to translate customer and market insights into clear requirements, ship impactful features, and keep a cohesive, field-ready mobile experience across the portfolio. You'll be the go-to voice for your products internally, balancing competing priorities, budgets, and timelines to deliver work that supports Infotech's broader mission and our customers' needs.
What you bring
You must have:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven experience driving product prioritization, trade-offs, and delivery timelines in a product owner or product management capacity
  • Experience with Agile software development and Scrum processes
  • Strong knowledge of SaaS application concepts and the software development life cycle
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of effective cross-functional team management

Nice to have:
  • Experience at a software company delivering SaaS products
  • Knowledge of the road construction or civil engineering industry
  • Experience leading software testing and design thinking methodology
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and AI tools for discovery, research, and prototyping - including translating user stories into interactive prototypes to support design, engineering, and cross-functional handoff
