Job Description

Aggio (aggio.io) is looking for a Full Stack Lead developer and Technical Architect to help build a suite of scalable web applications to provide a unique experience to our users. This is a hands-on position, helping to solve technical issues for our growing number of customers. You will contribute to the technical design and implementation of features for various products as well as hire and lead a development team as our company grows.

Responsibilities

Ensure customer success by supporting existing functionality, working on customer issues, and providing the best possible solution

Implement performance improvements and architectural changes to ensure the best possible product in terms of scalability, performance, and deployment to the cloud

Innovate with new techniques and approaches to solve existing problems

Introduce and justify new frameworks and improvements

Work with data science, customer success, and product team members to develop and execute a technical roadmap

Qualifications

5+ years of software development and technical architecture experience solving complex web engineering problems

3+ years of frontend software development experience with JavaScript HTML and CSS, using tools such as Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, jQuery, SASS, etc.

3+ years of experience designing and developing RESTful API

3+ years of experience with databases such as MySQL

Solid understanding of cloud based infrastructure platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or similar

Nice to Have

Knowledge of SaaS applications and SaaS deployment models

Experience with NoSQL or other distributed systems

Prior experience on Force.com platform

Prior experience developing and supporting mobile applications

Comfortable working with agile processes and test driven development

Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks'
