Established in 1980, the Greater Lawrence Family Health Center (GLFHC) is a multi-site mission-driven non-profit organization employing over 700 staff whose primary focus is providing the highest quality patient care to residents throughout the Merrimack Valley. Nationally recognized as a leader in community medicine (family practice, pediatrics, internal medicine, and geriatrics), GLFHC has clinical sites throughout the service area and is the sponsoring organization for the Lawrence Family Medicine Residency program.

  • Perform routine data quality audits to ensure compliance with organizational standards and reporting requirements.
  • Assist with compiling reports related to SDOH screenings, referrals, program outcomes, and productivity metrics.
  • Collaborate with Community Health Workers, care coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure timely documentation and completion of screenings.
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies regarding patient information.
  • Participate in Mobile Market registration and other community outreach initiatives by entering patient demographic information and documenting SDOH screening results.
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of data entry experience required.
  • Experience in healthcare, public health, or social services strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Experience working with EMR/EHR systems or data tracking platforms preferred.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to efficiently manage high-volume data entry while maintaining accuracy.

GLFHC offers a great working environment, comprehensive benefit package, growth opportunities and tuition reimbursement.Â
