About the Role:
Bills Mobile Crane Service Inc is looking for a skilled Crane Operator to join our team in Fayetteville, NC! This is an exciting opportunity to operate heavy lifting equipment on dynamic job sites while being part of a trusted and experienced crane service company. If you take pride in precision, safety, and craftsmanship, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Operate mobile cranes safely and efficiently on various job sites throughout the Fayetteville, NC area
  • Perform pre-operation inspections and routine maintenance checks on crane equipment
  • Interpret load charts, rigging plans, and lift plans to ensure safe lifting operations
  • Communicate with riggers, signal persons, and site supervisors to coordinate lifts
  • Set up and dismantle crane equipment, including outriggers and counterweights
  • Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols
  • Maintain accurate logs of equipment usage, inspections, and maintenance
Requirements:
  • Valid NCCCO (National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators) certification preferred
  • Proven experience operating mobile cranes in construction or industrial settings
  • Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, load capacities, and lift planning
  • Valid CDL (Commercial Driver's License) 
  • Ability to read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and load charts
  • Excellent spatial awareness, hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and OSHA compliance
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather and job site conditions
