Job description

Registered Nurse Clinic (RN) Job Responsibilities:
Coordinates and administers nursing care to patients in physician office or clinic setting utilizing the nursing process which involves assessment of the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs; facilitates and evaluates patient follow-through and compliance to healthcare interventions. Comply with all established standards and practices.
  • Utilize the nursing process to provide ongoing patient care in outpatient setting, bridge episodic care in long-term outpatient relationships.
  • Ability to skillfully assess patient needs via phone and triage to appropriate level of care for intervention.
  • Facilitates, assesses and provides patient, family and/or significant others teaching needs.
  • Ability to administer immunizations and medications according to established procedures.
  • Facilitates completion of diagnostic testing as ordered by physician.
  • Multifaceted communication under a variety of emotional situations.
  • Administers medications in a timely manner, safely and in accordance with policy and procedure.

Registered Nurse Clinic Requirements:
    • Associate degree: Nursing
    • Current BLS and/or CPR certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
    • Licensure to be eligible to practice as a Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and/or the State of Illinois based on job location assignment.
    • The ability to read, write, speak, hear and comprehend the English language.

Salary Range: $28.25-$43.00/hr (based on experience)
