The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:

As a Senior SDET focused on mobile automation, you will own the strategy and implementation of automated testing for our React Native application, with an emphasis on executing tests on physical devices. You will design and build reliable automation, integration testing into our CI/CD pipelines, and help establish the foundation for scalable mobile test infrastructure. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to build robust automation test suites and craft effective test solutions that ensure high-quality product delivery. As our Sr. Software Developer in Test - Mobile Platform Automation you will:

  • Integrated automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps)
  • Improve test reliability by identifying and reducing flakiness.
  • Partner with engineering teams to improve testability and coverage.
  • Establish best practices for mobile test automation and execution.

These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.

We know experience comes in many forms and that many skills are transferable. If your experience is close to what we're looking for, consider applying. Diversity has made us the entrepreneurial and innovative company that we are today.

  • Experience building and maintaining scalable automation frameworks (not just writing tests).
  • Experience managing physical device labs or running tests at scale across multiple devices/OS versions.
  • Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Experience troubleshooting test failures and environmental issues.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
