Qualifications

Operational Discipline & Accountability:Demonstrated ability to work independently as a self-starter, manage multiple onboarding efforts concurrently, and deliver accurate results with a high level of accountability.

Systems & Tools Proficiency:Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Smartsheet, and Confluence. Ability to navigate and operate within multiple internal and external systems efficiently.

Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly convey operational processes and requirements to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfortable interpreting and following structured operational documentation and instructions, while thinking critically and adjusting in real time when situations require flexibility or clarification.
