What are mob jobs?

A 'mob job' typically refers to temporary or informal work that is performed on a casual basis, often without a formal contract. These jobs are sometimes associated with manual labor, event staffing, or day-to-day gigs where workers are hired as needed. The term can also refer to group-based work settings, where tasks are completed collectively. While 'mob job' is not a standard industry term, it is sometimes used in regions to describe short-term or gig economy positions. These jobs offer flexibility but may lack benefits and long-term security.
