Number of Beds: 18

Patient Ratios: 4/5:1

Unit staffing description: RN's, Nurse Externs, PCTs, and US

Type of equipment: Zolls, US, GE Monitors with 12 lead, Welch Allen VS, BD IVs

Documentation system: Meditech

Scheduling requirements: Every other weekend

Floating policy: As helping hands if needed

Patient Experience requirements: Professional, Respectful, Kind, and Passionate to our patients

Hiring profile

Requested Skill Set: RN with ER experience > 1 year

Must have: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH

Advanced skills needed: TNCC and ENPC

Procedures performed on unit: IVs, blood collection, medication administration, and documentation

Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIH, would like to have TNCC and ENPC

Dress Code: (Required uniform) Blue scrubs, no off brand hoodies or jackets, must be preapproved per policy
