Join a team of 5 Family Medicine Physicians & 8 APPs in beautiful Redwood Falls, MN. 

This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus, CME Allowance and relocation assistance.

Summary

Discover a rewarding opportunity for a Family Physician in Redwood Falls, Minnesota, where you can provide comprehensive, patient-centered care with the support of advanced resources and a collaborative team. At CentraCare – Redwood Falls, family physicians practice alongside physicians, APPs, and psychology in a modern, integrated hospital and clinic, with access to robust onsite services and a wide range of specialties—supported by CentraCare, one of Minnesota’s largest and most respected health systems. Outside of practice, enjoy a scenic Minnesota River community with four-season recreation, strong schools, and an exceptional quality of life.

Schedule

  • Full-time | 1.0 FTE | Onsite at CentraCare – Redwood Falls  

  • Days | 8-hour shifts | 7:30am – 5pm 

    • 4-day work week Option

  • OB care Optional | C-section optional | No required ED Coverage

  • Call 1:5

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $260,000 - $500,000 per year

    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based compensation.
