Agronomy Sales & Development Manager

This successful Ag company is a multi-location coop that offers all Ag services available. Offering top-notch customer service throughout the State of Minnesota. Enjoy working with quality products, excellent work facilities and top of the line equipment. They are now seeking to add an Agronomy Sales and Development Manager to their Mankato, MN area facility.


WHAT THIS COMPANY OFFERS YOU:

  • $100,000 - $120,000
  • Excellent full benefits package.
  • Opportunity for advancement.


THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

  • Focus on team building by working with inexperienced people, and understand working with “new to the field” employees.
  • Oversee 5-7 team members, number will fluctuate with experience and when interns are on board.
  • Lead and Agronomy Internship & Sales Trainee Program that develops future sales talent and future leaders.
  • Assist with sales calls.

· Supervisory or management experience – preferred.
