Job details:

Role: Senior Product Service Engineer

Work Location: Minneapolis, MN / West Palm Beach, FL

Duration: 6 to 12 months

Must have

  • Understand how the application works from a user perspective
  • Talk to users and gather issue details
  • Investigate support tickets and recurring problems
  • Basic root cause analysis
  • SQL queries to validate data and investigate issues
  • Linux/Unix command line
  • CloudWatch / Grafana monitoring tools
  • AWS familiarity (S3, Lambda, Step Functions, CloudWatch)
  • Ability to reproduce issues in a local/test environment
  • Understanding of how bugs move through the SDLC process
