Key Position Details:

Our Primary Care providers partner with our Mental Health service line and the Penny George Institute for Health and Healing to provide whole person care in the clinic setting.

The Highland Park clinic is searching for a Family Medicine Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a 15 member team including the service line specialties of mental health services, medical imaging, and women's health, yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.

  • 36 patient contact hours per week- flexible, open to lower FTE

  • Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support

  • Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families

  • Clinic hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-5pm and closed Saturday-Sunday.

Job Requirements

  • MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required

  • BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required

  • Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)

  • Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)

  • Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable

  • BLS Tier 1 - Basic Life Support - Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range

Pay Range: $279,825 to $329,175 per yearThe pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
