MyMenopauseRx is the premier online doctor's office devoted to menopause healthcare.
About the Role
We are seeking a part-time tech-savvy nurse practitioner (24 hours/week) with experience in women's healthcare (Family Practitioner, Internal Medicine or OB/GYN) to join our growing remote medical team.
MyMenopauseRx is an OB/GYN founded and led nationwide medical group and telemedicine platform that provides evidence-based menopause healthcare, scaled by technology, and delivered by menopause-trained compassionate physicians and nurse practitioners. We are in-network with most major PPO insurance plans and offer women convenient access to clinical care with synchronous video visits, 24/7 messaging, and prescribing of FDA-approved medications and supplements.
Key Responsibilities
The primary focus of the role is to provide patient care to our patients via our HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform and electronic medical record.
Patient Care:
  • Perform synchronous consultations via MyMenopauseRx's EMR in accordance with our care model and protocols.
  • Evaluate patient history, and provide diagnosis, prescription, lifestyle, and supplement recommendations.
  • Desire to care for women experiencing perimenopause and menopause symptoms, including weight management.
  • Coordinate patient care and respond to patients in a timely manner.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colaborating physician .
  • Develop and maintain competency in menopausal healthcare.
  • Excellent technology, written, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Active and unrestricted NP license in Illinois and at least four of the following states: AZ, AL, CO, GA, IN, LA, MD, MN, MS, NV, OH, PA, TN, TX, UT, WA, WI
  • Active APRN (with a focus on women's healthcare preferred).
  • Menopause Society Certification or willingness to obtain it within one year of hire.
  • 3+ years of direct patient care
  • Prior Telehealth experience is preferred but not required. Comfortable working autonomously in a startup environment.
  • Tech-savvy in using various systems such as Zoom, Google Workspace, Slack and our MyMenopauseRx proprietary EMR or a willingness to learn.
  • Strong commitment to engage in continuous professional growth among our medical team, ensuring the highest standards of care and clinical excellence.
  • Proficient in verbal and written communication, with compassionate and intuitive listening skills.
