Methyl Methacrylate (MMA) Sales Manager

[Job Description]

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Managing MMA sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls

- Conducting inventory assessments, maintaining stockroom organization, and monitoring inventory levels to prevent shortages

- developing new customers and enhance business relationships

- Maintains and reports sales information in a timely and accurate manner.

- Communicates customer requirements and or opportunities to Chemical Division Sales Director

- Understand customers end markets, sales strategies

- Continually communicating customer needs to internal counterparts to ensure timely and accurate solutions to increase customer satisfaction.

- Increase industry awareness and knowledge by attending appropriate industry conferences and company meetings.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree from a 4-year accredited school (preferred)

- around 10 years of domestic sales/local sales/import in the chemical industry

- at least 5 years of sales experience at chemical distribution company (sales experience for solvents is preferred)

- Able to travel domestic and international (business trips)

- Able to create new opportunities and convert opportunities to revenue in sales

- Resourceful and persistence in prospecting prospective clients

- Excellent communication skills
