You will lead private and small group sessions, helping members reach their goals through elite-level techniques, supplement guidance, and relentless motivation.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching & Member Experience
  • Expert Instruction: Conduct safe, effective, and inspiring private MMA training sessions for members of all skill levels.

  • Science-Based Results: Focus on changing lives through service and science, ensuring accurate administration of client programs and progress tracking.

Sales & Revenue Generation
  • Drive Results: Achieve personal monthly revenue targets for private coaching and supplement sales.
  • Proactive Prospecting: Execute Complimentary Coaching Consultations, complimentary workouts, and seminars to build your client base.
  • Turn-Over: Assist the membership team by conducting tours and closing training sales for new members.
  • Engagement: Encourage member involvement in workshops, body fat tables, and supplement booths.

Administration & Operations
  • Accountability: Arrive on time and prepare for all appointments; follow the agreed-upon schedule set by the MMA Manager.
  • Documentation: Record daily workouts for liability and adherence to national certification standards.
  • Compliance: Follow all company policies regarding payment transactions and guidelines in the UFC GYM Employee Handbook.

Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience; in-depth knowledge of private training techniques from assessment to program design.
  • Background: Pro-Am fight background and/or certification from an organization recognized by UFC GYM.
  • Skills: Extroverted self-motivator with strong interpersonal skills and basic computer proficiency (Word/Excel).
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; 4-year degree in a related field preferred.
  • Certifications: Current CPR/AED certification required, current dotFIT certification (or willingness to obtain), nationally recognized Personal Training certification is a plus.
  • Physical: Ability to stand for long periods and frequently lift or move 45+ lbs. during training.
