Fighters usually work closely with a team that includes coaches, nutritionists, and medical staff to tailor workouts and strategies for upcoming bouts. While schedules can vary based on individual needs and fight preparations, most athletes train six days a week and balance technical drills with sparring, cardio, and rest. This commitment helps ensure they remain at peak physical and mental condition for each fight.
