We are looking for quality Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) with an excellent work ethic who is interested in working with our clients in our Assisted Living facilities. Job Description:

QMAP will be responsible for identifying and reporting care needs. The ideal candidate should have the ability to provide protective oversight and the ability to provide resident care based off the resident’s individual care plan.  Reviews medication administration records (MAR) and administers medications to the right client, right dose, right time, right medication, and right route. The ability to comply with company policies and procedures and state regulations in accordance with medication administration.

Job Requirements: 

-QMAP Certification

-CPR & First Aid Certification

-Proof of Covid Vaccination (not required, will be required to fill out an exemption)

-Proof of Flu Vaccination

-Proof of current Tuberculosis Test (within a year), company will provide one if needed

-Drug Test Screening

-SSN Card

-Must be dependable and capable of pleasantly and tactfully communicating with clients, family staff and other agencies.
