At LBC Mortgage, we're looking for motivated Mortgage Loan Officers who are ready to take advantage of a steady flow of company-generated leads. What You'll Do
  • Work with qualified company-provided leads generated through our marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Build relationships with borrowers and understand their financing needs.
  • Guide clients through the mortgage and hard money loan process from initial consultation to closing.
  • Educate clients on available loan products and financing options.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
  • Collaborate closely with processors, underwriters, and the operations team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Achieve monthly production goals while delivering exceptional customer service.
