Responsibilities
  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and explain available mortgage options and loan programs.
  • Manage the entire loan origination process, including pre-qualification, application, underwriting support, and loan processing coordination.
  • Negotiate terms with clients and third-party partners, ensuring contracts comply with Fair Housing regulations and TILA (Truth in Lending Act) requirements. (MLO Only)
  • Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through complex financial concepts, answering inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the loan lifecycle.
Experience - ***PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED***
  • Proven experience as a mortgage loan officer or in a similar financial sales role within the banking or mortgage industry
  • Strong understanding of loan origination procedures, underwriting requirements, and mortgage servicing operations.
  • Knowledge of the different investors and their applicable guidelines.
  • MLO License
Schedule
  • Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with a 1-hour unpaid lunch)
