Job description

Join a mission-driven team at Martin Luther King, Jr. Community Hospital, a 131-bed non-profit safety-net hospital serving South Los Angeles, where your work directly improves access to care in an underserved community.

  • Low volume OB

Compensation:

OB Shifts $300/hr

In-House 24/7
Low Volume Service: approximately 2 Deliveries per 24 hours
Consecutive Shifts Possible on Weekends
Main OR Shifts $250/hr

10 Hour Shifts
3 Shifts per day
Staggered Starts: 7A, 8A, 9A
Pager Call $75/hr

$250/hr Call Back Rate
30-minute response time

Case Mix: Ortho, General, Urology, GYN, Cath lab, GI

Facility:

  • 131-bed acute care hospital
  • Modern, state-of-the-art facility (opened 2015)
  • EMR: Cerner

Requirements: BC/BE Anesthesiology, CA license (or eligible), ACLS

Skills Required: Ultrasound guided Nerve Blocks, Spinals, Epidurals, Invasive Lines
