Job description

We are hiring a Machine Operator for a local steel company in Houston, TX.

Duties and Requirements

  • Machine Operation: Operate flame cutters, overhead cranes, and other heavy steel shop machinery
  • Physical Demand: Must be physically able to handle shop duties and stand or move for long periods
  • Training: Full on-site training provided for all equipment
  • Pay Rate: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour to start depending on experience
  • Experience preferred but not required, will train

Weekly Work Schedule

  • Monday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Tuesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Wednesday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
  • Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
  • Saturday: Available occasionally for extra hours
