What you'll do:
  • Own line setting strategy and projection accuracy for our fantasy markets, balancing coverage breadth and competitive line quality.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of data scientists and analysts focused on market creation and prop origination.
  • Oversee development and deployment of projection models and coverage expansion across major sports and esports (NBA, NFL, MLB, CS2, etc.).
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Pricing, and BizOps to launch new markets and expand coverage.
  • Guide experimentation around line accuracy, prop selection, and coverage strategy to drive engagement and grow the market catalog.
  • Maintain and evolve frameworks for projection accuracy, coverage quality, and market health monitoring.
  • Ensure data integrity and modeling quality across all origination efforts.

What you have:
  • 5+ years of experience in sports betting, fantasy, or related gaming industries, ideally with exposure to line setting, trading, or player performance modeling.
  • Strong technical foundation in data science, statistics, or software engineering.
  • Demonstrated management experience - leading, mentoring, and scaling high-output teams.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python or R; experience with predictive modeling, forecasting, and statistical techniques.
  • Deep understanding of how player props and sports/esports markets are structured, originated, and modeled.
  • Proven track record of driving complex projects from ideation through launch in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communicator who thrives at the intersection of data, product, and operations.
